Flat shipping - Despite the postal increases, we kept the same flat $5 shipping charge per order for USPS priority shipping. You should be aware that priority shipping STARTS at $4.80 and goes up. On many orders, we actually cover part of the shipping cost. If 5 cartridges are $15 plus $5 shipping, your cost works out to $4 per cartridge. 10 would be $30 (or less) but the same $5 shipping, so your cost would be 3.50 or less per cartridge. 20 would be $60 (or less) plus $5 shipping, bringing your total to 3.25 per cartridge. It's actually even lower than that, thanks to the next bonus.

Did we once offer free shipping?
Yes, we did. However, if you are an experienced shopper, you are probably familiar with the term TANSTAAFL. No, it isn't a German dancing table. It stands for There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch. Everyone knows (or ought to know) that when something is advertised as Free, you are actually paying for it somehow. Free shipping simply meant we added the cost of shipping into the price. This means that FREE shipping was actually costing you more than if you paid for it. How is that? Simple. If we wanted to sell five T069 cartridges for $25 plus shipping, we made the price $30 with "free" shipping. But what if you wanted ten? You could buy two five-packs for $60, but then you were paying $10 for the "free" shipping. So we lowered the price of a ten-pack to $55 with "free" shipping. But some people ordered fifteen or twenty or even more. They would have ended up paying even more shipping. So we ended the "free" shipping. Instead, the cartridges are $25 and shipping is $5. It works out to the same $30 as before. But if you buy ten, it's $50 plus $5. Now you save $5. And with out next promotion, you save even more.

Double and free - When ordering ink cartridges, we have a "Double and free" promotion. If a ten-pack is $30, when you order two packs, you get 21 for $60 (or less). Double it again and get 43. Since the shipping remains a flat $5, the more you order, the lower your cost.

Non credit card discount - We pay a processing fee for credit card-based payments. If you use a different method (including paypal payments funded by your balance or bank account) we will give you a discount or a free cartridge. Look for the asterisks in the cartridge description. One asterisk is a cash discount, two is a discount or a free cartridge. The discounts apply to the "double and free" promotion as well, so you get even more free cartridges!

Secret bonus for repeat customers and referrals - We're always surprised by companies which offer a discount on your first purchase and then none after that. Do they want all their customers to be one-shot deals? We do almost no advertising. Most of our business comes from repeat loyal customers and the friends and relatives they refer. So we are offering a special bonus for repeat customers and friends they refer. If you were referred by a customer, ask them for the special discount code, then in include it in your order. If you are a repeat customer mention the code in your order. If don't know the code, mention that you are a repeat customer and don't know the code.
