Payment Options Note: Since we do accept credit cards directly, we do not accept credit card funded payments via Paypal except from verified U.S. accounts with confirmed addresses.

Paypal non credit card: Paypal was the pioneer of Internet payments via email. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Payments from bank accounts or existing paypal funds are accepted if we are shipping to the confirmed address.

Paypal credit card: We can only accept credit card payment from verified U.S. accounts with confirmed addresses. To cover the extra costs, there will be NO discount if using a credit card. If you want the discount, send a payment from your account balance or bank account.

Personal checks: We will accept personal checks in US funds from US banks. There may be a delay while we wait for the check to clear.

Money Orders: Money orders in US funds from US banks. Our bank will not accept checks drawn on Canadian banks. Some Canadian banks actually use US banks for money orders in US dollars. We have received money orders from Canadian banks that stated: "charge to the account of Toronto Bank at Ohio Bank." This means that the Toronto Bank has an account in Ohio and the check is actually a US check.

Canadian Postal Money Orders: We can accept Canadian Postal money orders in US funds because the US Post Office will accept them but they must be made out to Yisroel Goodman - not Complete Computer Services.

Canadian money orders in Canadian funds: We have an arrangement with a good friend in Montreal. He will accept Canadian money orders at the prevailing rate (currently US$ X 1.5). When he receives the MO, he emails us and we ship immediately from New York. Note that he is doing us a favor. He is not shipping the merchandise, knows nothing about the order and can not answer questions. That is why you must email us first and then we will give you the address to send the MO to.

Payingfast: This service is primarily for buyers out of the U.S. It lets you pay by credit card and sends us an International Travellers Check. The fee for this service is between $2 and 3.99 on the first $100 and 2.25% above that. They have a requirement that items must be purchased through an auction. This is done so that they can check out the seller's ratings and decide if all is aboveboard. Since we have dealt with them before, this requirement is not necessary. We can tell you what to put in your order to them to bypass this step.

Note that though Payingfast charges a fee for their service, we offer a discount which will offset all or most of this fee. This allows anyone from almost any country to use a credit card on our site and pay the same amount as U.S. customers.
