You can contact us by phone but we prefer email, since that gives both of us written confirmation of any discussions and agreements. We always have access to email and inquiries are usually answered quickly, often within minutes. There is very little which can not be handled via email. If you are afraid to put your credit card number on the form and wish to call it in, you can fill out the order form without your credit card information, print it, fill in the missing information by hand and then fax it to 717-924-1299 for almost immediate response (we are notified when a fax is received and will have someone respond quickly.) If you insist on calling in your information, we still want you to fill out the rest of the order form first and put "call me" in the comment box. When you submit it without the credit card information, we still receive the order and can call you for the number.
